Yesterday was Day 6, and our last port day. We sailed into Ketchikan, AK, Alaska’s first city!

We shopped til we dropped, seeing Creek Street, a salmon run, beautiful homes, ate fish, and just enjoyed our last port day!

Today is a full day at sea filled with more incredible music, food, and maybe even some time in the indoor pool! 🤍

Day 4 took us to the capital city of Juneau! Before arriving we sailed through Endicott Arm Fjord to see Dawes Glacier! ...

Day 4 took us to the capital city of Juneau! Before arriving we sailed through Endicott Arm Fjord to see Dawes Glacier! It was an early wake up call, but what a beautiful site!

Once we arrived in port we took a trolley to Mendenhall Glacier and took the walking path to Nugget Falls. It was another incredible view and experience! After returning to port we ate at the famous Tracy’s King Crab Shack in downtown! It was quite honestly the best crab I’ve ever had, and we found out it was caught yesterday!

We ended the night watching a magician on board!Arguably the best day yet!

Bring on Ketchikan, and our final port day!

Skagway, AK was on the agenda for day 4! We got to ride the historic White Pass Scenic Railroad. It was incredible views...

Skagway, AK was on the agenda for day 4! We got to ride the historic White Pass Scenic Railroad. It was incredible views! After the ride we explored the town of Skagway. It looked like an old western town with wood plank walk ways and cool old buildings! We had lunch at Skagway Brewing Co, and the king crab pasta was to die for!

We finished the night watching a love and marriage game show and a Broadway music tribute by the incredibly talented musicians on board!

Day 5 will take us to Juneau, capital of Alaska!

Day 3 on Celebrity Solstice lead us to our first port, Icy Strait Point, AK! Before porting we were able to listen to our destination specialist, Nuno, and learn about the port. We also got to listen to a nature guide about animals local to Alaska. Both were very interesting!

Once in port we went on our whale watching excursion! It was an incredible time with awesome guides, Patrick and Paul! We got to see hump back whales, sea lions, otters, and a lot of birds! After our adventure we stayed in port to do some shopping and eat fresh seafood for dinner!

We finished the night with ice cream, a concert, and an early bedtime to prepare for a long port day tomorrow!

Next stop, Skagway!

Day 2 on Celebrity Solstice was filled with wind, beautiful sea views, more good food, and a lot of fun music! We walked the top deck, played music bingo, watched an awesome rock show by the music and dance cast, and finished the night with dueling pianos!

We also got to listen to Captain Chris as he introduced the head of each department on the ship! We are so excited for our first port tomorrow, Icy Strait Point, AK and our whale watching adventure!
