Some days have been better than others here on the Starfish but we stay on the hunt and work hard to make it happen. Yesterday was a good shot of seabass with enough ling make a catch, plenty of shorts to keep you busy.

Today’s trip made them work for it with a lot of throw backs and some keeper lings and seabass.

Not many pictures today but someone did snap this one of our mate Anthony with a nice seabass and the cut pile is deep.

The crew reports a 15 man limit of sea bass and a nice mix of lings.

The weather allowed us to go do a little exploring and we landed on them first anchor.

Today’s pool winner was Bill

Today and yesterday’s fishing was fair. Ling and shorts kept up busy but got a good shot at some decent fish later in the day. Some were close to their limits today but most with a handful.

Next trip is tomorrow at 7am for 8 hour seabass.

Sea bassing was a little slow today, but the lings and throwbacks kept everyone busy. They managed to put keeper pollocks on the deck and had two more that just missed the mark.
