Day 2 - motor #2. #3 is tomorrow. This one is going into a really classy 57 chev. Brodix heads, hydraulic roller, mild compression.

The video sound is always horrible, but the little thing got some s***k. Flat tappet cam, tons of port work, and a little bit of compression.

Vortec heads with some port work, hydraulic roller cam, domed piston, needs more spark than the HEI can supply but still has some grunt.

Fresh ring and bearings, vortec heads, DELTA CAMS regrind on the factory cam to a “hot ZZ4” grind. Possible first motor for his daughter’s street/strip car. Just burning all the oil and smoke off, seating the rings 👍

Took the break-in rockers out, put the regular valve train in. Cam seems happy👍
