2 bedroom, 2.5 baths, our 2-story townhouse is perfect for family vacations! Full kitchen, breakfast area, den with queen sleeper sofa, patio off den overlooking the beautiful South Walton Beach! Master Bedroom has a king bed, tv, DVD player, sitting area, large closet, large bathroom and vanity, large balcony with table and chairs overlooking the beach as well. Guest bedroom has a queen bed, tv,

large closet & small balcony. Amenities include: Full size washer/dryer, stainless appliances, all linens, coffee pot, charcoal grill, all dishes and cookware - everything needed for a full vacation! Rental Information:
Weekly Rentals (Saturday - Saturday) - This is only required during the summer months from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Daily Rentals (anything less than 7 nights) - no minimum stay required after Labor Day until Memorial Day.
