Announcement: the fall calendar has been re-opened at . 🎉🎉

Boujee on the Beach is in a 30A condo building that is undergoing a renovation project this fall in which all 24 units will be getting new decks which is super exciting.

We had cleared our rental calendar for the rest of the year for this project however we have recently learned that our unit will not be worked on until after the first of the year.

So….our rental calendar for Oct-Dec is reopened!! We would love to host you! Just know that there will be other units in our building who will have construction going on which could make for noise and a crowded parking lot. 😬😬

Note: fall (October in particular) is the absolute best time to be on 30A. Warm outdoor temps and the ocean is still warm but way less crowded. 🩷
