Leeward I units are 1 king bed/1 bath beachfront condos in a quiet senior friendly area of Scenic Hw They are Units #1, 4, 5, 6 and 9.

Beautiful white beaches in the Florida panhandle. 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor units available for rental 365 days a year. Each condo has a king bed and sleeps 2 adults only. Email [email protected] for reservation information.

Gap Nights!!! Want to make a trip to the beach in the next few weeks? We have some gap nights to fill starting this week in Leeward 1 Units 4 and 6 and our Commodores Retreat 103. All condos sleep 2 adults with a king bed and come with complementary beach chair service. Email us for dates or give us your dates and we will see what is available and provide a gap night quote.

Due to many asking for less than a 7 night stay, we have designated Unit 4 to require less nights. Unit 4 is beachfront, sleeps 2 adults with a king bed and comes with complementary vendor beach chair service. Email us your dates for a quote as we do not regularly check facebook. Availability starts May 27th and go to Aug 26th.

Last vacancy until Memorial Day starting tomorrow until May 17th in our Commodores Retreat condo unit 103. This condo is larger than the leeward units even though it is still a 1 bedroom. Condo has a king bed and sleeps 2 adults only. Complementary beach chair service is included with the rental and has a boarded walkway over the dunes making beach access very easy. Email us your dates for a quote.

We have April dates still available in a couple of condos. Each condo sleeps 2 adults with a king bed and comes with beach chair service. April rates are the best rates for the next 6 months! Email us your dates and we will give you a quote and available condo. Picture taken from Unit 5 balcony March 23rd. Our beach is not crowded like most in the area. You would never know it was spring break from looking at our quiet beach.

We have vacancies for this week starting today if you are looking for a last minute rental. The weather looks to be sunny all week! Condos have 1 king bed and sleep 2 adults only. The weekend is still available for Labor Day in Unit 1. Beach and water are beautiful. Email us to get a quote and reserve it! 1 king bed and sleeps 2 adults and rental includes beach chair service. Beach picture taken today.

Labor Day Weekend Availability September 1 - 5 (4 nights) in Leeward 1 Unit 1. Sleeps 2 adults in king bed and complementary beach chair service is included. Out the door for $1350. Email us to request rental details and the rental.

Get a quick vacation before hurricane season gets in gear. We have weekly rentals available from Sat to Sat or Sun to Sun and now offering 4 night rentals until August 14th in Units 4,5 & 6. Each condo has 1 king bed and sleeps 2 adults only. Complementary beach chair service is included with each rental. We have 2 different 4 night stays available at Leeward I in early June. Each condo has 1 king bed and sleeps 2 adults and comes with vendor beach chair service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Out the door is $2000 for each rental. Inquire via email only.
