Public beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is an easy two-block walk through the neighborhood. You just can’t get much closer to the gorgeous white-sand beach.
Ellie Bee’s by the Beach features 2 Master Bedroom Suites, 1 upstairs and 1 down. The lower level of the home consists of the spacious living and dining rooms, a kitchen, laundry room, and a guest bath. The custom-built kitchen with quartz countertops is well-equipped with all the necessities to satisfy even the most accomplished chef. The living area features a 52-inch smart TV with Roku streaming (Roku is available in all TV rooms), a Blu-ray DVD player, an Xbox One with various games and a gorgeous electric fireplace. The Primary bedroom on the 1st floor features a Smart TV with Roku and a DVD/Blu-ray player as well as its own en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second-level Master bedroom suite is enormous.
