What a beautiful time to be in south Florida. Enjoying the condo and loving the dune lakes and the gulf. Sunsets are vibrant, the water is a beautiful, clear blue, and white powdery sand is amazing and the temperatures are perfect. Love it here on 30A.

It was a good day at the topsail state park. From amazing waves on the beach, to seeing a blue heron and watching an 8 pt deer graze, to seeing 2 beautiful dune lakes. Over 7.5 miles and at least 18,000 steps.

Well, you haven’t seen many posts about the condo this year. It’s been a trying summer dealing with a difficult contractor who promised it would be ready in May, and then June, and then July, and still not ready. But be watching for good bargains on rental for the rest of the year coming soon.
