Thrilled to have made Superhost again ✨🏡

So grateful for every guest who has chosen my little cottage near Acadia for their getaway. The season is off to a slower start booking-wise, but I’m staying hopeful for a lovely summer ahead filled with couples and solo travelers making memories.

Just when I was feeling gutted over my first 4-star review 🥺… this sweet little card showed up like a hug from the universe.

This lovely couple from Ohio not only left me a handwritten card and a kind message in the guest book — they also gave me a glowing 5⭐️ review on .

After 38 five-star reviews across , , and , that one 4⭐️ (for “location” and “value”) hit harder than I expected. I stewed, I doubted, I took it to heart.

But this card reminded me:
✨ Words matter.
✨ Kindness matters.
✨ And learning to let go matters too.

I might not be for everyone — but 38 couples (and solo travelers!) left feeling welcomed, cared for, and at home. That’s what I’ll hold onto. 💛

And to that one less-than-thrilled guest? Ah sure, , it’s Grand!!!😉☘️💚

Welcome to my page to help promote the summer rental of my home…..Cregboy Cottage.

This will be my second season as a host, and I am so looking forward to meeting new people and hopefully seeing people return over the years to come.

My home has been my sanctuary; a safe and welcoming environment to weather what life has brought me.

It is my “caisleán”; my castle that has protected me from the elements, and challenges.

It has seen me through the good, the bad and ugly for the past 33 years.

And it is beautiful.

It is safe.

And I can’t wait to share it with you.
