This was in 2014 — my very first work trip as a travel agent.

We jumped on a plane full of travel agents and flew to Nassau, Bahamas for lunch and a tour at Sandals Royal Bahamian. From there, we were off to Turks & Caicos, where we stayed at Beaches Turks & Caicos — touring the resort and actually experiencing it as guests.

Our final stop was Grenada. Sandals Grenada had just opened, and it was such a treat — the rooms, the vibe, everything felt special. My new job definitely had its perks.

Now, 11 years later, I’ve toured more resorts and visited more destinations than I can count — all so I can help match my clients with the right trip, not just a pretty one.
