Welcome to Reese David Properties Vacation Rental. Reese David is aptly named after our kids, Davan REESE and Jake DAVID.
After several years of searching, we finally decided to build our newest home, and "It's About Time."
The home's name "It's About Time" represents both the long time it took for us to get back here, and the important value we place on the time we spend at the beach with our family & friends.
We have decided, for a brief period, to rent this brand new home out for the summer of 2026, however, this is not just your average beach house rental, we are including many amenities as we want to maximize your rental experience.
This brand new, four level, 3000 sq ft home boasts 4 bedrooms, (2 king beds, 2 full beds and 4 twin beds), a 5th open bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa, and inflatable mattresses. 4 full bathrooms.

Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the outdoor living room deck. Coffee and tea bar complete with grinder and beans, assorted teas (have your tea ready in seconds with the instant hot water dispenser located at kitchen sink). Added bonus…Breville Cappuccino maker with milk steamer. Multi use Cuisinart toaster oven which includes air fryer. Top of the line GE appliances…refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, double oven for multiple temperatures at one time, dishwasher and under counter microwave in the kitchen island.
75" flatscreen TV, a 65" and 5 other TV’s throughout the house (smart or fire stick)

Enjoy your favorite music from one of our multi-floor Alexa Echo Spot devices, use them as an intercom to reach other floors or tell Alexa to open the front door.
Off street parking for two cars(garage and driveway) and on street parking for one (blocking driveway). Street parking when available and oversized community lot is 3 blocks away for overflow.
Everything is all around you,
3 block walk to the ocean & boardwalk, (8 beach badges included), water park. Restaurants, live music, shops, activities etc. all within walking distance.
3 block walk to Sunset Bay beach where you can rent boats, jet skis, bounce around on the inflatable water park, or just sit in the sand and watch the sun set each evening.
4 block walk to the outdoor, astro turf fitness park.
We want to make your vacation as restful as possible, so the only things you'll need to bring are your food and drinks.
All linens, (sheets, towels, etc.) are included in your rental. Cleaning service is included in your rental fee.
Rainy Day at the beach? no problem, head to the game room and use the ping pong table or take one the 50 board games out of the board game closet for hours of fun. Throw darts on our "Jake Board" or go for a walk/run on the spring loaded treadmill (18yrs or older please). Practice your putting on the auto-return putting green mat.
Grab a book from the in-house library, sit on the deck to read, and we’ve even included a book written by the homeowner at 211 Blaine for your reading enjoyment… or use it as a sleep aid.
Now, for the Pièce de résistance, "TOPSIDE" OUTDOOR BAR/DECK, where you can wake up every morning, pour that cup of coffee or tea, watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and listen to the waves crash.
If you're not an early riser, no worries, turn to your left towards the mainland and watch the beautiful sunset over Barnegat Bay every evening. While you're enjoying your upper deck views, watch your favorite TV show, sports teams, or a movie, etc. on the outdoor 50" TV, listen to music on the outdoor rooftop bluetooth speakers (please be mindful of the volume, we like our neighbors) or just take in the sun and layout on one of the rooftop couches.
Disclaimer, we are only initially renting out to people we know, or someone YOU choose to vouch for, such as a family member or close friend. Please DO NOT share this page with the public. We will permit two families combined to rent together, if it helps cut your rental costs in half, why not?
You MUST be 30 years old to rent. Rentals will initially run Saturday to Saturday, however, we may be open to Friday or Sunday depending on availability. Any other questions, just ask The Boss or myself.
Open weeks as of this post, check in is 3pm and check out is 10am (for cleaning service).

8/29 - 9/5 - we are open to including Sun/Mon of Labor Day weekend for reduced additional fee.
