🚨 BIG NEWS FROM DENALI! 🏔️

After five years, the Pretty Rocks landslide no longer stands in the way of exploring the heart of Denali National Park!

A spectacular new 475-foot bridge has been completed at Polychrome Pass, reconnecting the western section of the Denali Park Road that was cut off by the massive landslide in 2021. 🎉

This is a major milestone for Denali - and for everyone who has been waiting to travel farther into the park again.

The bridge is an impressive feat of engineering, built over an active, slow-moving landslide. And the best part? Full access to the Denali Park Road is expected to return in 2027. 🚌🏔️

Denali is getting ready to welcome visitors back to its wild interior! ❤️

The Skagway Ferry Terminal is getting emergency repairs after damage was discovered at the facility. The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities has a repair plan in place and is moving forward with the work.

🏁 The trail to Nome has officially begun!

A total of **22 mushers** have already signed up for the **2027 Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race** as preparations get underway for the 55th running of The Last Great Race®.

The current field includes:
🐾 15 veteran mushers
🌟 7 rookies
👩 6 women
👨 16 men

Among the newcomers is **Isaac Redington**, the great-grandson of Iditarod founder Joe Redington Sr., continuing a remarkable family tradition.
