Lindsey Stetson (she/her) is an Associate Technical Program Manager from Seattle, WA who oversees incident management, supports our security and technology leaders, and works on process improvements for our Engineering Excellence committee.
Lindsey is an active member of our Pride, Women Empowering Women and Asian Pacific and Friends Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). โBeing part of multiple ERGs at Accolade has been incredibly fulfilling. As an immigrant, q***r, woman in tech, I feel supported, seen and inspired by the leadership and positivity in our groups.โ
Lindsey's journey with Accolade began 12 years ago when she joined as a Care Advocate, passionately guiding members through the complexities of the healthcare system. After three impactful years in that role, Lindsey made an exciting leap to the tech side of the business, where she continues to make a difference.
One of Lindsey's most memorable moments was during a major vendor outage that affected members' access to our services. She played a crucial role in the rapid, collaborative efforts of the tech and security teams to quickly restore service. This experience was particularly meaningful for Lindsey because it highlighted her dedication to teamwork and her passion for making a tangible difference. Throughout her career, Lindsey has always strived to collaborate with colleagues to create meaningful connections and drive positive change.
โAccess to quality healthcare is so important to leading a happy and fulfilling life,โ said Lindsey. โAs an Asian woman who is also q***r, I think about the fact that minority populations have historically faced and still face greater challenges accessing and receiving this care, and I am proud to be part of a company that works to ensure all our members can find the care and help they needโ.
