Day 4: Perfect Day at CocoCay! 🏝️

We wrapped up our last full day aboard Wonder of the Seas with a stop at Royal Caribbean’s Perfect Day at CocoCay!

We spent most of the day checking out the island, soaking up some sun, and enjoying Hideaway Beach—the adults-only area of CocoCay! 🌴🍹 It was the perfect way to spend our final port day before heading back onboard for one last night on the ship.

After four days of exploring Wonder of the Seas, experiencing Royal Caribbean firsthand, and learning alongside some pretty amazing travel advisors, I’m heading home with SO much more knowledge (and an even longer cruise wish list 😂).

Such a fun way to wrap up our Seminar at Sea! 🚢💙

SEMINAR AT SEA: DAY 3 — NASSAU! 🌴

Day 3 might have been my favorite day of the entire trip!

We started our morning watching Vicki Freed record her 100th episode of Coffee Talk LIVE from Wonder of the Seas and even got to meet a few members of Royal Caribbean’s executive team!

Then it was off to Nassau and over to Royal Beach Club Paradise Island! We toured the property, had lunch, and then got a few hours to experience it for ourselves.

Royal did such a great job creating something for everyone — from a lively party pool with music and dancing to quieter spots where you can relax with an incredible ocean view. We did a little bit of both. 😉

But the highlight for me? That Bahamian water. So clear, blue and warm — easily one of my favorite moments of the whole trip. 🌊

Back onboard, we finished the night with dinner and inTENse at the AquaTheater, which was INCREDIBLE and an absolute must-see on Wonder!

Day 3 was a GOOD one. 💙

🚢 SEMINAR AT SEA: DAY 2 — SEA DAY!

Our first full day aboard Wonder of the Seas was the perfect mix of work and play!

We started with training from our Royal Caribbean BDMs, Karen & Mechelle, learning more about what’s coming for Royal and bringing home even more knowledge for our clients.

Training ended with lunch at Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen — which ended up being my FAVORITE meal of the entire cruise!

After lunch, we explored more of the ship before spending the afternoon relaxing in the adults-only Solarium.

That evening we split up — Kara & Rebecca headed to Wonderland for dinner while Karissa and I had plans at the spa.

Training, amazing food, pool time & a whole lot of exploring...

Not a bad day at the office! 😉

Seminar at Sea: Day 1 — Embarkation Day! 🚢

And just like that… we were onboard Wonder of the Seas!

We started our morning with a walk along Miami Beach, grabbed coffee and breakfast with an ocean view, packed up, and headed to the port for our earliest available boarding time.

A few embarkation day tips from a travel advisor:

✨ Check in on the Royal Caribbean app as soon as it opens (typically 45 days before sailing!) to grab an early arrival time. The earlier you board, the more time you have to explore before the ship gets busy.

✈️ Always fly into your port city the day before your cruise. Flight delays happen, and missing the ship is NOT worth the risk!

🚗 Pre-book your ride to the port so you’re not waiting around the morning of your cruise.

🏷️ Have your luggage tags printed and ready to go.

👜 Keep anything you’ll need for the first few hours in your carry-on. Our room was ready about an hour after boarding, but our checked bags didn’t arrive until a few hours later.

Once onboard, we spent the afternoon exploring the ship before getting ready for our Seminar at Sea cocktail party, where we got to mingle with fellow travel advisors AND had the pleasure of meeting Vicki Freed, Royal Caribbean’s Senior Vice President and host of Coffee Talk! If you’re a travel advisor, chances are you know exactly who I’m talking about!

Then it was off to our first dinner in the Main Dining Room before ending the night at Crazy Quest… which absolutely lived up to its name. 😂 If you know, you KNOW. And if you don’t — put it on your list for your next Royal Caribbean cruise. Just trust me on this one.

Home from our Seminar at Sea with Royal Caribbean! 🚢🌴

I had every intention of sharing our adventures along the way… but the service on the ship had other plans. 😂 So now that I’m home, it’s officially cruise recap week!

We packed SO much into just a few days — exploring the ship, learning all things Royal Caribbean, Nassau, Royal Beach Club, Perfect Day at CocoCay, & Hideaway Beach. Lots of good food, and of course plenty of fun along the way. 🥂☀️
