Your apartment is 800 sq ft large and immaculately clean! Bedroom features a queen size pillow top bed with plenty of pillows and 300 thread count sheets, walk-in closet and a large window that opens to the private yard. Living room has a Dania sofa bed to snuggle up near the fireplace (we provide a duraflame log and some firewood to get you started)...this is a real working fireplace! We also pro
vide a 3" memory foam topper for the sofa bed which makes it super comfortable as a second bed. The armoire houses a brand new 32" LED SMART TV for full Premium Package Directv viewing, Netflix and streaming through wifi (all included at no charge). Attached blu ray DVD player picture is amazing! Bathroom features a large Jacuzzi tub/shower. We provide complimentary body wash, towels, hand soap and toilet paper (up to a weeks worth). The kitchen is also very large with a full size refrigerator, full size electric oven/stove, microwave oven, coffee maker and all utensils needed for cooking. Coffee, cream and sometimes baked goods will accompany your arrival. You will also find fresh flowers throughout designed by Jean Louise herself! When you walk the neighborhood you'll find an eclectic mix of businesses and
eccentric residents. You are blocks away from booming neighborhood breweries like Populuxe, Stoup, Reuben's Brews, Maritime, Bad Jimmy's and more! Great neighborhood restaurants like The Dish, The Leary Traveler and Le Bon Ton Roule. Venture a little further to Old Ballard Ave and you will be treated with 1/2 mile strip of nightlife and great restaurants, new and old. Anthony Bourdain featured this area on his show No Reservations! Venture the other direction and you will find yourself next to the original Lenin Bronze Statue brought over from Czechoslovakia in what locals call "The Center of the Universe" or Fremont. Great vintage shops, restaurants and local artisans call Fremont home. If you want to venture to downtown Seattle just hop on the #28 bus 1/2 block from the apartment and be there in 20 minutes! We also invite you to relax in the private back yard. The apartment entrance opens to the cozy and private back yard (enclosed by a 6 foot cedar fence), outdoor seating with cover (if you care to enjoy our rainy season up close) and gas grill. We are a family of three (plus our friendly miniature dachshund named Guinness) and we live in the upper portion of the house. We are extremely conscious when we have guests in house to respect your privacy and keep noise to a minimum. Your apartment is totally private, but we do share the house so you might hear us at times. Although the apartment bedroom is very quiet and peaceful we provide complimentary eye masks and earplugs for those light sleepers! We also run our floral studio on property, so we are generally available all day for questions or recommendations. We hope to meet you soon!
