Happy ONE year anniversary to the team at De La Soil!

The farm-to-table kitchen officially opened on May 12, 2025 inside Copperworks Kenmore ~ and what an incredible first year it has been for Chefs Cody and Andrea Westerfield, and the De La Soil crew!

New Whiskey Release!

Copperworks Distilling Co. releases its 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟔𝟎-𝟐 ~ a five-year-aged American Single Malt Whiskey and the distillery's first-ever expression crafted with 100% Lyon Malt barley.

Single Cask No. 160-2 embodies Copperworks' Farmsmith ethos, celebrating Washington's barley fields through single variety, single farm, single growing year barley. The whiskey was crafted with 100% Lyon Malt from Horlacher Farm in Latah, Washington, and matured for five years in a refilled American oak cask that previously held Copperworks Peated American Single Malt Whiskey.
