I am absolutely thrilled to announce that the inaugural release of the 2021 Dalya Estate Chardonnay for Mascarin Family Wines has been awarded a DOUBLE GOLD in the esteemed San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition for 2025.

This is the largest competition for North American wines!

More than fifty judges assessed over 5,500 wines from 950+ wineries representing various North American wine regions, and selected the Dalya Estate Chardonnay for Mascarin Family Wines as an elite DOUBLE GOLD winner.

I am so proud of the wine the Dalya Estate Vineyard produces, and so very fortunate to work with Mascarin Family Wines' exceptionally talented winemaker, Matt Taylor. Many thanks to Eric Neil/Alta Vineyard Management and Adrien Gomez for their conscientious attentions and vineyard management all year. Congratulations to Mascarin Family Wines and owner, Mia Mascarin, on this fabulous achievement!

Our thoughts are with everyone impacted by the wildfires in Los Angeles. Fires have taken so much from Californians both North and South, and those of us in the wine country are heartbroken seeing the losses our fellow Californians are suffering. During this difficult time, we want to extend a helping hand to those seeking a safe and peaceful place to stay.
