Our Summer Solstice Work Party is All Set for next Saturday, June 20 & 21. Yup... it is always a fun bit of work... great food...a keg or two... music... dancing... and a fire side chat at the end of the day.

This year we will completely finish mudding the guest bedroom up in the big building... and ALSO have a cool tile mosaic to design and build...

The folks who attended LAST years mud-fest did an OUTSTANDING job. Only the small bedroom remains. Stomp some clay with some straw and smoosh it onto the straw bale walls!

The idea to make outdoor mosaics was inspired by a wedding celebration last year. Prior to the wedding day, Friends of Josh and Cecilie completed an outdoor shower with a beautiful tile mosaic... they wanted to give a gift to Moon Mountain. So I though we could continue the mosaic idea on the pathway to the outdoor sink!!!

I'll provide food/drink and fun projects! Bring a tent and plan on spending the night. Breakfast will be provided also...

If anyone knows a fun band... lemme know!!!
