Dear American Hotel friends,
While we are still enjoying the journey, we have decided to modify the hotel operations to a 'bed & breakfast' beginning in the Spring of 2022 - which means - our restaurant will remain open through New Year's Eve, 2021. If you would like to enjoy dinner or Sunday Brunch with us, there is still plenty of time to do so. We (Doug & Garth) will continue to run the hotel as innkeepers, so we hope you will keep us in your travel plans as you are all such cherished friends to us. Such great news! A must stop when in the area.

And now for some good news: Fly Creek Cider Mill & Orchard will be re-opening within the coming months! We thank our visitors, fans, neighbors and Flavorful Rewards members for their patience and understanding during this difficult time. Most importantly our long-standing partnership with Farm Credit East enables this re-opening – the Mill’s 165th year!

An official announcement date will be posted on the Mill’s website and sent to Flavorful Rewards Members, as well as our social channels. Again, thank you for all of the support and encouragement over the last few months. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to make new memories at Fly Creek Cider Mill!

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN - Tickets are limited! This year, if you want to come to the Sharon Springs Harvest Festival, you are required to register in advance for a FREE ticket to attend. The Department of Health requires everyone attending the festival to register in the unlikely event of a COVID exposure. Each person attending must register individually. If you plan to attend both days, you must indicate that when registering.

Thank you to all our renters for the most incredible of years. None of us could predict what 2020 brought us but we saw a change in our rentals. More people came to escape, bond, talk, gather, converse, share, regroup, examine, visit and relax.

We are taking all this new activity to heart and making some changes to adapt to this change of purpose. New updates and renovations to come. We look forward to a great 2021 for all!
