Beginning May 7, 2025, every air traveler 18 years of age and older will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, state-issued enhanced driver’s license, or another acceptable form of ID to fly within the United States.
REAL ID-compliant cards are marked with a star at the top of the card. If you’re not sure, contact your state driver’s license agency on how to obtain a REAL ID compliant card.
For information by state, including where to obtain a REAL ID, visit the DHS REAL ID website and click your state on the map.

On our 8th day of hiking the Appalachian Trail, we enjoyed a tour of Gettysburg, Pa. Naturally that evening, we created our own KC Chiefs party in the lobby and cheered the Chiefs onto victory

Our 6th hiking day takes us to New York and after a morning hike, a tour of West Point Academy that was very interesting and enjoyable.

We were in Vermont on our 3rd day of hiking the Appalachian Trail.

The second day of our 14-day hike found us in New Hampshire where the Appalachian Trail took us thru Dartmouth College in Hanover. It was a rainy day.

Just returned from a walking adventure with Walking Adventures International where I hiked 110 miles on the Appalachian Trail in 14 states. We started in Maine and finished in Georgia. Here are a few pictures from Maine.
