The BEST part of our trips.. are the PEOPLE on them..

Together we shared beautiful sites, unique experiences, fun adventures..expanding our minds, challenging ourselves.. as is the wonderful thing about travel and learning of different cultures does..

We tasted all kinds of food, drinks… some new.. some favorites…we celebrated birthdays and anniversaries..

We cherish our new friendships, strengthened existing friendships, many laughs … some silliness, learning something new and making lasting memories…

Thanks and “cheers” to our GREAT GROUP of travelers and friends from our recent “Taste of Scotland & Ireland” trip.

We are blessed to have experienced an amazing trip, with amazing people.

The next few days our trip continues to the countrysides of Ireland for more immersive cultural unique and popular experiences..

Farmhouse tea and sheepdog demonstration of rounding up sheep.. amazing, as were the scones and tea!

The famous Blarney Castle where many of our travelers climbed up the castle to hang upside down to “kiss the Blarney Stone.” 😳🤩

Stayed in the charming city of Killarney for the next 2 nights at a great hotel and walking distance to many shops, restaurants and pubs! 😃🍺☘️

Enjoyed a delicious Irish dinner with excellent entertainment Gaelic Roots Irish Dance and Music Show… lots of talent there! 💃🏼🥘🥟🍤🍰🍮🕺

Had a “Jaunting Car Ride” )a horse drawn carriage ride), traveled the panoramic Ring of Kerry, learned about Skellig Experience on Valenta Island. (Also famous Star Wars filming here).

Free time to explore, relax, eat, drink and be merry!

Loved Scotland!

Now our group adventure continues on a ferry to Ireland!

We arrived in Belfast, Ireland - where the Titantic was built and a museum with the entire story.

Drove onto Dublin for our hotel for the next couple nights.
Found a “pub and a pint” - always friendly and fun!

Had a tour of the city, and next an afternoon at the famous GUINNESS!
7 floors of amazing displays, info, tastings, ending in top with a Guinness beer pint of choice and city-wide view. Fun fun!

Ended the day with a cruise on the canal enjoying a delicious Irish dinner with traditional Irish musicians onboard for festive fun!

Off to a great start on our trip to Scotland and Ireland!

A few highlights of days 1 and 2

Tour and stay in Glasgov home of 3 universities, museum, and other interests.

Our tour guide’s interesting Scottish accent 😉

Enjoyed a delicious dinner with the option of a native popular dish Haggis as an appetizer (sheep organs ground up). Mike liked it, I did not! 🙃

Adventureous motorcoach drive with riding on the left side of the road many curves, hills, narrow roads, and “cozy” meetings of big trucks!

Cruising on the Loch Ness water in search of “Nessie” the Loch Ness Monster.. some insisted they saw it.. 🤷‍♀️

Landscapes of fields, Scottish homes and architecture sheep, highlanders all over.

Ended up at our castle for our evening overnight!
