So caught up enjoying the beautiful settings, crystal blue water, white-washed building catching up on some sharing!

This itinerary brought us for a stop on the coastline of Turkey! Never been on the continent of Asia!
We toured Ephesus, and footsteps of Paul, amoungst the ruins. Onto a Turkish rug making place watching the making of silk and rugs some taking a couple years! A traditional Turkish dinner, strong Turkish coffee and dancing demo was delightful.

The next day sailed to the lovely island of Kos. Some took bike rides, winery tours, shopping or relaxing on the yacht with delicious food, pool time, hot tub and nightly entertainment..

Only 2 days left on our trip to paradise..

Saturday we said goodbye to Athens and boarded our beautiful floating luxury yacht. Very grateful for the wonderful service and accommodations.

We are “island hopping” with our first stop at Delos with fascinating ancient history and ruins.

Next was Mykonos.. LOVE that island! The famous windmills, Little Venice, white-washed buildings and alleyways.. Vibrant, beautiful, exciting, unique and captivating! The sites, food, drinks, shopping… awesome!

Overnight sailing with our next island at Patmos, featuring the history of the writing of the book of Revelations in the Bible by the Apostle John. Touring the Cave of the Apocalypse and monastery. Afternoon on the yacht for some resting, swimming, relaxing, cocktails, and fun.

A cocktail party hosted by Joan and Linda in their beautiful corner suite was a perfect setting for sunsets, friendships and laugher..

Ending the day with delicious food and a little Greek dancing… very blessed.,

Our trip to Greece is off to a great start spending a couple days in Athens, taking in the culture, sights and beauty.

Our hotel had a rooftop pool, bar and restaurant which gave us great views of the city and the magnificent Parthenon.

We took a walking tour up to the Parthenon, museum, city tour first Olympics stadium , subway to the city square with restaurants, food, and fun.

Some ended the day with relaxing rooftop cocktails taking in the full moon, and night lights, some took an open air night bus tour, some exploring shopping, eating and relaxing. The views.. the views.. breathtaking..

Our dreamy Alaska trip came to an end as we arrived home late Sunday.

We all experienced different excisions in Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan.

Helicopter rides and walking on glaciers..
Whale Watching…
Nature and Gardens Walks..
Hiking and seeing Bear tracks..
White Pass Railway to the Yukon..
Lumberjack Shows
Halibut and Salmon Fishing
Crabbing and Dinners
Duck Tours
Gold Panning
Seafood Boils
and so many more!

Staff on the cruise were fantastic! Top service and lots of fun!

Our group of travelers were fantastic. Friendly, fun and flexible! We enjoyed each person and an opportunity to create new and deepen existing friendships.

We are blessed to have seen the marvelous and majestic Alaska together forever in our hearts and memories! God’s handiwork is amazing!

We’ve been “sailing away”this week… on the Holland Cruise Ship Nieuw Amsterdam.

On board we’ve enjoyed a mix of fun bars, delicious dining from a casual cheeseburger to a full 4-course elegant dinner..We can get food or drinks anytime, all the time!

Nightly shows of music/dancing, comedian/ magician, and other entertainment.

Many music venues from a piano bar, rock band, billboard favorites, casual, dressy, listening, singing or dancing.

Activities all day from painting classes to game show contests to talks about wildlife, and other Alaska related topics. Games, trivia, or just relaxation!

You could be busy all the time or take it easy and relax in one of the many lounge areas or your room.

Jill and Mike organized having a specific dining area reserved each evening giving a planned time to come together and share our days happenings with each other over a delicious meal and drinks. A menu with so many choices!

Our last day on land for our Alaska trip took us to such an interesting, fun and interactive stops.
4-time Iditarod Race Champion Martin Buser’s Happy Trails Dog Sledding.
Unbelievable what’s all involved with the prep and training, then the grueling race. Got to see these elite, dog athletes!
Next to a native cultural center for interesting history, sports, and local artists. We finished overnight in Anchorage for a bit of exploring as we prepare to board our ship in the morning!
Oh what a trip it is!

Our Alaska Adventure Days 2 and 3 has brought lots of breathtaking beauty, fun experieces…

Our own Alaska first-class 2-story dome train through the beautiful Alaskan countryside taking it all in with food, drinks and fun! Many laughs!

A trip into Denali National Park in search of moose, bears, and other wildlife with a backdrop of Mt. McKinley!

One of our very own travelers making his acting debut at a fun dinner show! We can say we knew Doug before he was famous ha!

Our Alaska Trip is off to a great start!
