Sometimes the biggest improvement isn’t just what you add—it’s what you open up.
On this Rochester remodel, we enlarged the existing window opening to bring in more natural light and take advantage of the backyard view. A relatively simple design change that completely changed the feel of the room.

Custom den countertop getting dialed in by hand.
This top needed some real flattening, so out came the hand plane. There are faster ways to remove material, but sometimes doing it by hand gives you the control you need to get the surface exactly where you want it.
This piece is part of a custom den remodel with built-ins, cabinetry, shelving, lighting, and finish carpentry throughout.

Finished basement bathroom remodel in Washington Township, Michigan. One of our favorite details on this project is the clean, lip-free transition into the bathroom — carefully planned and installed so the finished tile sits nice and flat with the adjoining floor.
Details like this take planning long before the finish materials go down, but they make a huge difference in how a completed remodel looks and feels.

This room needed more than just new finishes.
We framed and built a brand-new closet where there wasn’t one before, added closet lighting, installed new bifold doors and hardware, then finished the space with fresh paint, trim, and new flooring.
Small layout changes can make a room a lot more functional without doing a full-scale remodel.

This bathroom remodel was designed around comfort, safety, and long-term accessibility.
We built a fully curbless walk-in shower, widened the doorway for easier wheelchair access, and custom-built the cabinetry in our shop to fit the space and the homeowners’ needs.

Not every project needs a full gut remodel. This Rochester, Michigan basement got a complete refresh to make it cleaner, safer, and more usable.
We repaired drywall, installed a new ceiling and flooring, painted throughout, replaced trim, doors and hardware.
A lot of times, the right updates can completely change how a space feels without rebuilding everything from scratch.

Custom home office coming together!
From the inset cabinetry and drawers to the floating shelves and butcher-block desktop, everything was custom built and finished in our shop specifically for this space.
Finished with a herringbone feature wall, integrated shelf lighting, new electrical, and plenty of custom details throughout.
