Good morning folks.
My name is Jeromy Henderson, and I want to let everyone know I’ve decided to run for County Commissioner, District 3, as an Independent.
I’m not part of the “good ol’ boy” politics, and I’m not in anyone’s pocket. My focus is simple, being a voice for our community and doing what’s best for the people who live here, guided by my conservative values.

By trade, I’m blue collar. I’m also a real estate investor, not a realtor and not tied to development in any way. My LLC exists for one reason only—to purchase older homes, renovate them, and rent them out. That’s it. I don’t develop subdivisions, and I have no interest in seeing growth pushed at the expense of our infrastructure or our way of life. Now, I’m not against growth, folks, because growth is going to happen. But I’m for smart growth.

Over the years, I felt like I needed to do more where I could for the county. I gave a lot of thought to where help was needed most, and that led me to our schools. For several years now, I’ve been part of the BCS HVAC maintenance team, working behind the scenes to keep our schools running. I’m also a strong financial supporter of our district schools and do what I can personally to support the kids and staff in them.

We’ve heard the same recycled lines election after election. I’m not here to sell fairy tales or polished word salad. I’m not a career politician. So expect simple conversation, and honest answers.

Ive stated my views on many other posts/pages but, here are a few on where I stand
• I back the blue.
• I strongly support our Schools and our Schools Maintenance Department.
• I’m for your freedoms on your land.
• I’m against overdevelopment that strains infrastructure and threatens our country way of life.
• I’m against misused funds that end up on the backs of taxpayers.
• And I won’t go along just to get along when it isn’t right.

If you have questions or want to talk about issues regarding District 3, I’m always happy to have a conversation.
