April Ethington obtained her real estate license in 2003 and obtained her Broker's license in 2012. April enjoys helping people with any and all of their real estate needs. She is
well versed in every aspect of the industry such as investment properties,
existing homes, and especially new construction. She prides herself on her

a new home. April attributes any success she has had in real estate to her late husband Lee, who passed away in 2017. Lee worked for his family in the lumber business before becoming a builder and developer, which was what he was passionate about. April resides in Shelby county with her husband Neil and her three children.
