The Pals' Old Mill Bed & Bath in Shell Rock, Iowa, is available for a unique weekend getaway. We're 10 minutes from Wartburg's football stadium in Waverly, Iowa; 20 to 30 minutes from Cedar Falls/Waterloo, IA, shops, restaurants, and University of Northern Iowa.
Book now for Friday 12/06 through Monday 12/09/2024 OR shoppers book the weekend of 12/14/2024. Two-night minimum. Must be 21 to rent.

RATE FOR WEEKEND OF 12/07/2024 or 12/14/2024:
$137 per night (Fri, Sat, or Sun) (+ 5% tax) for 4 guests. (Maximum 6 Adults. $10 per stay for each adult #5 & adult #6. No extra charge for children. )
Monday through Thursday rates are $115 per night through 12/19/2024.

All overnight guests must register, including full names, ages, addresses, plus vehicle descriptions.

UNIT #1:
FIRST FLOOR (street-level) IS A 2-BEDROOM apartment, 1,200 sq feet, fully furnished, including furniture, bed, bath and kitchen linens, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, dish soap, hand soap, paper goods, etc., WiFi. No cable.
No stairs on the first floor.

BEDS: One queen and one regular bed plus a futon in the living room makes a comfy double bed.

BATHS: One full bath with combined shower and tub. Grab bars are beside both toilet and sink. One half-bath has toilet and sink.

UNIT #2:
Second floor (balcony), studio apartment.
Fully furnished like UNIT #1.
Unit #2 is connected to the first floor via inside stairs. The door between levels can be left unlocked (as you would adjoining rooms in a hotel). WHEN RENTED SEPARATELY, you access UNIT #2 by climbing 19 outside stairs! Awesome view. The deck/balcony is above the Shell Rock River.

Unit #2's studio/open floor plan has 1,200 square feet. Furniture includes leather couch, recliner, and two love seats.
BEDS: two queen beds, plus a futon with a double thick mattress. Leather couch does not make into a bed.
BATH: Large full bath with a clawfoot tub and separate shower.
