This is a new construction home. The front and back yards are unfenced and are not yet landscaped. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen size bed. Please determine if this will work for your group of 5-6 guests. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and you must collect and dispose of all items in a safe manner. We do not provide ashtrays.
