Autzen Stadium, home of the football team had this BARQ3600 Pellet Grill producing after Brisket today with a home game vs the Oklahoma State Cowboys. This is the 2nd year the UO concessions has used this smoker since we sold it to them and I’ll tell ya that entire concession concourse on the SW corner of the stadium smelled like barbecue that would make my friend .mixon be proud of and put a smile on his face.
