🌴 ONE HUNDRED INQUIRIES IN 48 HOURS! 🌴

We are absolutely ASTOUNDED by the response to our little rent-by-owner group!

What started with my B17 at Casa Blanca — Villa By the Sea — has grown into an incredible group of women supporting women, and we will soon have 16 Siesta Key condos available through our group.

And the best part?
🏖️ Every one of them is RENT-BY-OWNER.

We are taking the rent-by-owner experience to a whole new level on Siesta Key. We aren't simply sharing places to stay — we've built a network to help our guests have an amazing vacation from beginning to end.

Our group shares trusted cleaners, contractors and concierge services, along with connections for private drivers, boat captains, fishing excursions, private chefs, massage therapists, local activities and more.

And apparently people are noticing! ❤️

In just the past 48 hours, we have received approximately 100 inquiries from people looking to rent our condos. We have people reaching out every day asking to stay with us, join our group, recommend us and give us shout-outs on social media.
We are so incredibly thankful.

Have questions before booking? Send me a PM! I’m a wife, mom, Realtor in three states—and, most importantly, we personally self-manage our villa.

Because this isn't just a rental to us. It's our home-away-from-home.

We've put a lot of love into B17 and the little details that make a vacation comfortable. We also want to know who is staying in our home and be personally available to our guests.

We understand that...

• You may need an early check-in or late check-out, and we'll accommodate it whenever we can.
• Waiting around for someone to give you keys is a frustrating way to start a vacation—so we provide easy self check-in with your own access code.
• When something goes wrong, you want to be able to reach an actual person.
• You may think our villa needs a little more of this—or a little less of that. Tell us. We listen.
• You're tired of being nickel-and-dimed with a fee for this and a fee for that.
• You may not know Siesta Key and would love recommendations for restaurants, shopping, beaches, activities or simply where to grab a great drink at sunset.
