Bay Days kicks off in Silver Bay this weekend, July 8-9. Here's a schedule of all the events to enjoy!
FRIDAY, JULY 8, 2022
11 AM - 5 PM - There will be an information booth about all things Bay Days at City Hall. Raffle Tickets available.
12 PM - 10 PM - Vendors: Bay Days Booth with Craft & Food Vendors located at the City Hall venue.
2 PM - Alumni & Friends are welcome to golf this scramble at the Silver Bay Golf Course.
2 PM - Mariner Golf Scramble
2 PM - 5 PM -Live music - Robin Sunquiet performs on the Main Stage at the City Hall Venue.
4 PM - 8PM - NSAP Cookout - North Shore Area Partners Cookout & Auction Sneak Peak at 36 Shopping Center Drive, Silver Bay.
5 PM - Escape Room at City Hall venue.
6 PM - Parade starts at the the high school (Horn > Edison > Banks > Shopping Center Drive).
6:30 PM - 11 PM -DJ - Houley and Mo will be on the Main Stage!
7 PM - 10 PM - Kids/Family Activities at City Hall Venue
Dusk - Fireworks in Downtown Silver Bay / City Hall Venue
SATURDAY, JULY 9, 2022
7 AM - 10 AM - Support our local Silver Bay Fire Department at the pancake breakfast.
7 AM - 8AM - Early morning Yoga session with Stacy Nightwine - Field by City Hall Venue
9 AM - 16th Annual Bay to Bay Road & Trail Run-Walk.
9 AM - Zups Family Golf Scramble at the Silver Bay Golf Course. Register by calling the Silver Bay Golf Course at 218.226.3111.
9 AM - North Shore Area Partners Silent Bidding & Ticket Auction Fundraiser & 50/50 Raffle, 36 Shopping Center, Silver Bay
9 AM - 3 PM - Book sale at the Silver Bay Library. Hosted by the Friends of the Silver Bay Library.
9 AM - 10 PM - Craft + Food Vendors will be located at the City Hall venue.
10 AM - 2 PM - Join the Minnesota Veterans Home & Silver Bay staff and residents in celebrating 30 years of caring for Minnesota Veterans and their families. There will be games, pictures and music. A formal presentation will take place from 1 PM - 2 PM. Location - 56 Outer Drive (old Campton School site).
10 AM - 5 PM - Bay Days information booth located at the City Hall venue. Raffle tickets will be available.
10 AM - Tour the William Kelley School with the WKHS Alumni Association.
10 AM - 11 AM - Paul Deaner presents a family magic show at the City Hall Venue
11 AM - 5 PM - Youth Activities - Fun for ALL ages. Located at the City Hall venue.
11 AM - North Shore Area Partners - Bingo at 36 Shopping Center Drive, Silver Bay
11 AM - 10 PM - Escape Room - Located at the City Hall venue.
11 AM - NOON - Gavin LeBlanc + Friends will perform at the City Hall Venue.
NOON - 1 PM - God's J.O.Y. will perform at the City Hall Venue.
1PM - Logging competition will be held at J+H Auto Repair (tentative location).
2PM - 6PM - Ransom will perform at the City Hall Venue. Partially sponsored by the KHS Class of '82.
ANYTIME - Be sure to visit local businesses, see how they have changed (or stayed the same) and say hello!
ANYTIME - Visit Black Beach! Take a left on Highway 61 when leaving Silver Bay at the stop light. Drive less than a mile and you will see the Black Beach Campground to the right of the highway. Follow the signage!
2 PM - Bean Bag Tournament sponsored by the Silver Bay Fire Department. Sign up to participate at the Silver Bay Municipal Lounge.
7 PM - Midnight - Street Dance - Great White will perform on the main stage located on Davis Drive (City Hall Venue). Caleb Johnson (American Idol Winner - Season 13) will open for Great White. Gates open at 7 PM. Music starts at 8 PM. $20 online/$25 at the door.
9:30 PM - Lighted Boats on display at the Silver Bay Marina.
SUNDAY, JULY 10, 2022
7 AM - 10 AM - Support our local Silver Bay Fire Department at the pancake breakfast.
9 AM - 1 PM - Classic Car & motorcycle show, Zup’s parking lot.
9 AM - 1 PM - Craft + Food Vendors will be located at the City Hall venue space.
ANYTIME - Take a picture by Rocky Taconite before you leave town + share with us on Facebook!
10 AM - Ecumenical Service - Bring your own chairs and attend in Silver Bay at the City Hall Venue. William Kelley High School is the alternative.
12 PM - Raffle Drawing held at the Bay Days Information booth.
