A Knight's Feast Enjoy a Meal Fit for a Knight Every Night! She founded A Knight's Feast after being able to leave corporate life to pursue her dream of cooking for a living.

Laura Knight has a degree from Penn State in Accounting and a Culinary degree from L'Academie de Cuisine and has transitioned her love for cooking into a company that helps individuals get a quick but healthy meal on the table within a few minutes of arriving home. She truly enjoys meeting each family and cooking for their individual needs. She is also working on her fitness transformation day by

day, workout by workout with several beahbody programs and shakeology to get in the best shape of her life and have more endurance for her cook dates and events. This coaching opportunity is allowing me to provide additional services beyond just local clients I can physically cook for and income to cover days I am unpaid for like snow days and clients traveling. $150 – Five Individual meals with each meal has 8 oz of protein ($30 each)
Snacks - Probably $50 depending on how much you need

The protein amount may be off for casseroles and lasagnas, but a nice portion.

Visited an upcoming venue between Frederick and Hagerstown perfect for family reunions and corporate retreats. It is called Willowood. Looking forward to cooking in this kitchen. The farm house has five beautiful suites to stay in. They are building more accommodations and an area for weddings. Website coming soon. There is a special event for event planners coming soon.
