I haven't posted a prep list in forever. Just to give you an idea of what I cook for families week to week... Most of them receive the main in a 12 cup pyrex and the sides in smaller pyrex or mason jars. Let me know if I can prep for your family. Have a great week.

· Baked Ziti in Meat Sauce and Garlic Bread

Sloppy joes with brioche buns and creamy coleslaw
Spinach with Dried Cranberries, Spicy pecans, Grilled Chicken and Goat Cheese
Chicken Fajitas (with regular flour tortilla) Wraps with Sautéed Peppers (no onions please) and Guacamole
Chesapeake Crab Quiche and Asparagus, Mushroom and Shallot Sautee
Coq Au Vin with Mushrooms Shallots and Bacon Lardon (boneless chicken thigh) and Rice Pilaf
Smothered Pork Chops in Apple Gravy and Classic Mashed Potatoes
Beef + Bean Chili with Shredded Cheese, Scallions and Sour Cream and Jalapeno Cheddar Corn Muffins
