The moments that don't fit in a textbook!

Every educator knows the feeling. You spend months lesson planning, hoping the information clicks. But a unique magic happens when you finally get the kids out of the classroom.

Suddenly, history isn't just a paragraph on page 42. It’s a massive marble monument they can stand in front of. It’s a quiet student breaking out of their shell, lifelong friendships cemented on the bus, and minds opening up to how big the world truly is.

We love looking through our albums of past groups exploring Washington, D.C. These smiles are exactly why we do what we do.

To all the teachers who put in the extra miles to give their students these unforgettable experiences, thank you! You are creating memories that last a lifetime.

Teachers, what is your favorite "lightbulb moment" a student has had on a field trip? Let us know below!

Ten years. A whole decade of serving others, growth, and community.
We recently celebrated our "Decade of Light" anniversary, and while these photos don’t quite do the magic of the night justice (turns out we were too busy celebrating to be photographers!), they capture the real essence of what got us here: incredible people, a lot of laughter, and a community built on shared moments.
To our staff, our handlers, and every school, educator, and student who has been part of our journey over the last 10 years, thank you for letting us share our passion with you.

Handler Log: Week 23

One final destination to close out an incredible spring season: New York City.

The students hit the streets of Manhattan to take in the history, the culture, and the fast pace of the city. But the ultimate highlight of the trip was not on any itinerary. While riding the subway, the group experienced a completely spontaneous encounter with the Governor of New York.

Real-world experiences and unforgettable memories are what student travel is all about. What a perfect way to end the school year. Thank you for following the orange this season.

Handler Log: Week 21

As May comes to a close, the peak of our spring travel season is nearing the finish line. With only one final trip left on the horizon for June, last week marked our last major high-volume push of the season—and our Handlers finished strong.

We deployed 17 buses across 7 unique trips last week to wrap up an incredible spring run:

Dahlonega & Helen: 7 buses for a massive mountain excursion.

Washington, D.C.: 3 buses managing multi-day history itineraries.

Savannah & Charleston: 3 buses handling coastal heritage tours.

Atlanta: 2 buses supporting senior class travel.

Pigeon Forge: 2 buses on the ground in the Smokies.

Our mission all season has been to handle the heavy lifting of logistics so educators could focus on their travelers. Thank you to every educator and leader who trusted us with their students this spring!
