This dramatic 442-foot waterfall is easy to view thanks to a paved 0.4-mile loop trail that weaves through a dreamy rainforest filled with ferns, wild orchids, and bamboo groves.

It's one of the Big Island’s best easy hikes and one of my favorite things to do. πŸ’¦

I truly love Hawaii! Yes I love the beach, the music, the cocktails - but I fell in love with Hawaii because of the people and the incredible culture!

This performance is honoring the late Kumu Darrell Lupenui

It takes years (sometimes a decade) of intense study to earn the title of Kumu Hula. This is danced with love, power and respect!

Lei represent connection to nature, to each other, and to the spirit of aloha. Whether given or worn, each lei carries meaning. Today, we celebrate this beautiful tradition here on Kauai.
