Santorini with the girls 💙🇬🇷✨
Some trips are vacations… and some become memories you replay long after you’re home.
This was one of those.

Flowing dresses above the caldera, endless shades of blue, sunshine, laughter, and a reminder that life feels a little more magical when you say yes to the girls trip.

Dubrovnik stole a little piece of my heart 🤍

There’s something about walking those ancient stone streets, watching the sunlight hit the terracotta rooftops, and looking out over that unreal blue water that makes time slow down. From the old city walls to hidden corners and seaside views, every turn feels like stepping into a postcard.

Second stop of the day.

✨ Temple of Hecate – Türkiye ✨

Hidden in Türkiye is one of the most important ancient sanctuaries dedicated to Hecate. Connected to the ancient city of Stratonikeia by a sacred road, this was once a place of ceremony, devotion, and honoring the goddess of crossroads, transformation, and protection.

Standing here felt different—quiet, powerful, and full of history.

Some places remind us that we don’t need to take a piece of them home… because they leave something with us instead. 🖤

Walking through Stratonikeia felt like stepping through layers of history. 🇹🇷✨

Stratonikeia, located in Turkey, is known as one of the largest marble cities in the world and is often called the “City of Gladiators.” Founded in the Hellenistic period and later expanded by the Romans, this ancient city has been continuously inhabited for over 2,000 years — meaning ancient ruins and more recent village life exist side by side.

Some fun facts:
🏛️ One of the best-preserved ancient cities in Turkey
⚔️ Known for gladiator inscriptions and competitions
🪨 Built largely from beautiful white marble
⏳ Contains remains from the Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman, and modern eras
🏡 Parts of the old village remained among the ruins, creating an incredible mix of history and everyday life

Standing here really makes you realize how many lives, stories, and centuries these stones have seen.

The Evil Eye & Ancient Greece 🧿🇬🇷

The belief in the evil eye dates back thousands of years and has deep roots in Ancient Greece. Greeks believed that strong envy, jealousy, or even too much admiration could bring bad luck or negative energy to someone.

To help protect against this, they used the Mati — the famous blue eye symbol still seen throughout Greece today on jewelry, homes, and gifts.

Today, many people wear the evil eye as a symbol of protection, good luck, and keeping positive energy close. 🧿✨
