Delos the small island 30 minutes from Mykonos was once one of the most important ports in the Mediterranean.
For a period, almost all trade in the region passed through here, turning a small island into a cosmopolitan center filled with merchants, houses, and temples.
Today, what you walk through is not just ruins, but the remains of an entire city.
