We are now booking for the 2026 season. We have had several bookings already! We are located in Slemp, KY with direct access to Leatherwoord Off-Road Park Trails.

The home is a 3 bedroom (king bed, queen bed, and full) with 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is plenty of parking for your ATV’s and Trailers. Three TV’s throughout the home, WIFI, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, gas grill, and very spacious yard. THERE IS NO GARAGE ACCESS. We are pet friendly as well for an additional fee!

This is the perfect place for families and friends to gather and make memories that will last a lifetime in the beautiful mountains of Eastern Kentucky.
