My first of what will be many soups I love making for ‘winter’..such that it is in these parts. Lean Chuck Tenderloin, Rutabaga, turnip root and greens, okra, tomato. Simmering finally and smelling fabulous! For my vegetarian and vegan friends, Lose the roast and go for it. It’s divine!

Part of the beauty of our company is that we offer many conveniences tailored made for your group. We are located on both sides of the lake and offer round trip pickup and delivery from the front door of your downtown New Orleans hotel. Our drivers are quite knowledgeable about our cities and those cultures that make our area so inviting to our locals and our tourists, alike, and will offer dining and shopping suggestions, along with other city tours you may be interested in taking. We are but 25 minutes out from The Big Easy, not 45 minutes, and more, like some of the other tours you may have looked at. Too, If you are staying in Slidell, wanting to take a tour in Slidell, you are but 15 minutes from our docks.
