This beautiful home is nestled on a quiet, private 1.5 acre lot with commanding water views from every room. This spacious lot also offers over 365 ft of shoreline. Some of the outdoor amenities include a large dock with a boat lift, jet ski dock, 2 floating docks and a custom picnic table with extra seating. Guests have full access to the boat house with a refrigerator, fish cleaning table, life

vests, beach chairs, zero gravity chairs and a radio. The water depth off the dock at full pond is 15 feet. The stone patio off the house overlooks wide water and includes 2 tables with tons of seating, 4 rocking chairs with end tables, chiminea, grill and an umbrella. The outdoor shower located right off the patio is the perfect place to rinse off after a long day on the lake. You will love the firepit and comfortable seating that surrounds it. The gameroom is a perfect hangout for all ages and offers a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, dart board, 2 sets of cornhole, high top table with 4 barstools, a couch and radio. Inside you will find even more great amenities that make your stay comfortable. All 3 bedrooms and living room have TVs with Dish that has been upgraded to include over 60 music stations. This home offers a pool table, sauna, large bar in the sunroom, tons of board games, movie library, puzzles and books. Each bedroom offers a ceiling fan (home has central A/C). The open layout makes for a great place to relax with family and friends while enjoying a great vacation. Scenic Point is less than 15 minutes to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores and only 5 minutes to the General Store (with a deli and great wine selection).
