We had a blast hosting a Pre-K field trip today! ✈️ The kiddos got to explore the airport, learn a little about aviation, and even spend some time with Mel, the founder of Smoketown Airport! 🚁 It was such a joy to see their eyes light up with curiosity and excitement. Future pilots in the making? We think so! 💫

LOOK OUT FOR THIS HELICOPTER -- if you see it over York County tomorrow (Wed., April 9), be advised will be performing low-level powerline aerial observation for the Adams Electric Cooperative - York District.

The helicopter is black and has the tail number N4041F and could be seen between the hours of 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, according to the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency.
