My rental rates for 2026 are as follows:
$60 per day.
$100 for weekend (2 days).
$140 for 3 day rental.
$280 for weekly rental.

Tom's Golf Cart policy and information.
My golf carts are not street legal. Must only be used in approved areas and 35 mph speed limit streets. Surf City requires street legal golf carts. Send me your address to verify street legal requirements. Text me at 9103402405.

Customer responsible for traffic violations.
I only rent golf carts to adults over 18 with drivers license identification.
My rates are $60 per day or a weekly discounted rate of $280 delivered.
Customer is responsible for adding liability insurance when required.
Customer must obey all local traffic rules. Yield to cars & trucks.
Refunds are based on the $60 per day rental. I usually switch out carts in the case of a breakdown. Golf carts and repairs and delivery are expensive.
Customer is responsible for all damages to my golf carts.
I accept payment by cash, Venmo, or PayPal.

Here is my revised Golf Cart Policy:

2. I only rent golf carts to adults over 18 with drivers license identification.
3. My rates are $60 per day, $100 for weekend, or a weekly discounted rate of $280 delivered.
4. Customer is responsible for adding liability insurance when required.
5. Customer must obey all local traffic rules. Yield to cars & trucks.
6. Refunds are based on the $60 per day rental. I usually switch out carts in the case of a breakdown. Golf carts and repairs and delivery are expensive.
7. Customer is responsible for all damages to my golf carts.
8. I accept payment by cash or PayPal or Venmo.
