Sometimes the hustle and bustle of city life can just be too much. Why not get away to one of the most beautiful, quiet places in the eastern United States? Featuring hiking trails, fishing ponds, and tremendous natural beauty, Circle V Farms invites you to enjoy all of this in one of our Air B&B rentals. A stay at Circle V Farms will be delightful for anyone wanting to experience nature, or maybe

just a family wanting to spend some quality time together. Whatever it may be, there are plenty of activities and sights on the farm to experience! Hiking trails on the property lead up to the top of the mountain range. Along the way, you'll pass fishable ponds and amazing views to enjoy while enjoying a picnic. The farm is a working farm including many beautiful cattle. Vardy Valley has a very rich history and a colorful past. In fact, in 1984, the entire area was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. The area was discovered in 1764 by Melungeon settler Vardeman "Vardy" Collins. The narrow valley encloses the Blackwater Creek. The history to be discovered here includes the remodeled 1800's Mahala cabin, a beautiful 1899 Presbyterian church, and the remains of a 1929 settlement school. All of the properties here include a 15-minute drive to the nearest city. Nearby is Cherokee Lake (1 hr. drive), Knoxville (2 hr. drive), and Gatlinburg ( 2 hr. Though, you don't need to travel far to experience local culture and beauty. Just down the road is the Mahala cabin, rich with an interesting history. Or maybe a short drive to the Martin's Station Wilderness Road State Park, and you'll be just miles away from the awe-inspiring Cumberland Gap. Circle V Farms currently includes two rental properties. The first is a quiet tucked-away chalet that overlooks the valley. This 2 bedroom (3 beds), 1 bath home can sleep up to 5 and is perfect for small families or couples! The second property is a very spacious home sleeping up to 9 guests with 5 bedrooms (6 beds) and 3 baths. We are very excited to announce the newest addition to our rental properties. Circle V Farms has renovated a previously in-use grain bin into a rustic, engaging home. This rare find is sure to be a memory maker featuring craftsmanship unlike any other. A current peek into the Oasis and the Red Bin.
We strive to continue to improve and keep our properties up! New jet spas in both, the Reb Bin got interior decor/ lighting refresh and a bedroom TV. To top it off we added 20 Rose bushes 🌹
