Time to “travel” in our kitchen with a typical recipe of Campania region but nowadays prepared by many Italian households all across the nation: Linguine Aglio, Olio and Peperoncino. It is ideal for an impromptu meal,
given its simplicity and fast ex*****on (no complicated planning). Try at home for a delicious result and buon appetito!
Inspired by our Italian friends. This dish is originally from Campania region but nowadays it is prepared by many Italian households all across the nation. It is ideal for an impromptu meal, given its simplicity and fast ex*****on (no complicated planning).

Travel made personal through the people and places behind heritage local cuisine. Our handcrafted tours take you to meet the human “hidden gems” of Italy and the Mediterranean, who are nearly impossible to find on your own or in a guidebook.
On foot or by bicycle, our educational journeys are led by native professional Tour Leaders and support local farmers, fisher-folk, and food makers who care about the environment, support their communities, and believe in traditional, sustainable practices.
We do this by patronizing restaurants that source locally, seasonally and organically, organizing and paying for tastings and site visits to sustainable farms, sharing producer stories, and donating to organizations like Slow Food.
When we’re not overseas, we love to promote Italian culture and cuisine in the USA through cooking classes and dinners featuring Italian recipes made from New England ingredients.
