Good morning,

I just sent this email out to everyone I have currently booked with Norwegian Cruise Lines. There is a phishing or spam email going out to guests, so please be very wary of any emails coming from NCL.

I want to make you aware of a scam that is currently circulating among Norwegian Cruise Line guests.

Some travelers are receiving emails that appear to come from NCL. These messages can look very convincing. Some include real booking details such as your booking number, guest names, sail date, and ship. Most ask you to confirm the credit card on file, or they promote a "sale" on a beverage package.

These emails are not from Norwegian Cruise Line. The sender address we have seen is [email protected], which is not an NCL website or email address. The goal of these messages is to collect your credit card and travel information.

Please do not:
- Click any links or buttons in these emails
- Log in to any page they direct you to
- Reply with, or enter, any payment or personal information

If you receive one, please delete it or forward it to me so I can take a look. If you are ever unsure whether a message about your cruise is legitimate, contact me directly, or go to ncl.com yourself by typing the address into your browser rather than using a link in an email.

Your booking is safe. Any real changes to your reservation, payments, or add-on packages will come through me or directly through your official NCL account. I am always happy to check on anything that looks unusual.
