Guest House Perch Lake The Guest House Perch Lake is a two bedroom, 1 bath seasonal home located in South Boardman, MI. We’re located 20 miles East of Traverse City on Perch Lake.

The lake is quiet, as gas motored vehicles aren’t allowed. Fishing, kayaking and swimming are popular activities. There is a park with a beach area and a boat launch. Kayaks and a paddle boat are available at the guest house. The Guest House can accommodate up to 4 adults. Kids are also welcome! We have a pack-n-play, kids kayaks, and life jackets for everyone. Hiking, horseback riding, shopping and wineries are nearby. Come visit to relax and refresh or enjoy time with family and friends.
