Couples, if you ask me for the “best” cruise line, I’m probably going to annoy you with questions first. 😂

Because my favorite doesn’t matter nearly as much as your vibe.

What do you actually want to do onboard? How do you want it to feel? Quiet? Romantic? Adventurous? A little fancy? Do you want entertainment everywhere or somewhere to disappear with a drink?

THEN we can talk cruise lines.

My expertise isn’t memorizing which one the internet crowned “best.”

It’s knowing them well enough to figure out which one might be best for you.

You can’t build your favorite vacation around someone else’s favorite. ❤️

Couples, “Alaska cruisetour” does NOT automatically mean glass-dome train. 🚂

And this is exactly why the little details matter on a bucket-list trip.

Two itineraries can look almost identical on paper and give you completely different experiences.

My job is to know the difference—and make sure the things you’re picturing when you dream about Alaska are actually part of the trip we book. ❤️

I LOVE Walt Disney World.
I also occasionally need to HIDE from Walt Disney World. 😂
And I'm not ashamed to admit it.
Over the last few years I've become much more sensitive to noise and stimulation, so Jimmy and I have learned that a good home base isn't optional for us. We need somewhere we can recharge, reset, and then actually WANT to go back out and enjoy the magic again.

Sometimes that means knowing which park times or areas we want to avoid. Sometimes it's fully owning a few hours at our resort as our personal charging station. And sometimes I just need an adult-only space and a break from all the kids. (Sorry. It's the truth. 😂)

Because we don't plan our trips around what a “Disney commercial vacation” is supposed to look like....We plan Disney around US.

And that's exactly how I think your Disney trip should be planned too.
If you love the magic but could do with a little less of the chaos, this blog is for you. ❤️

Plan a Disney trip for couples without kids with quiet resort areas, lounges, spa time, and smart park timing for a low sensory escape.

🫶🏼 Couples, I really just want you to feel taken care of.

That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

I’m still surprised when clients are surprised that I remembered something they told me, checked on them, worried about a detail with them, or just… cared.

Like, of course I did. 😂 You’re my people and I’m looking out for you.

I can’t fix everything. I can’t control airlines, weather, cruise ships or the universe. (Unfortunately.)

But I can make sure you never feel like you’re figuring it all out alone.

I don’t know how to do this job any other way. ❤️

🧳 Couples packing for Alaska: your suitcase does NOT need to become its own expedition. 😂

Here’s the WHY behind every one of my rapid-fire answers:

✨ Waterproof jacket YES — Alaska can be wet. You want something that will actually keep you dry for hours outside.

❌ Water-resistant jacket NO — Fine for a drizzle, but not what I’d rely on for a wet Alaska excursion day.

✨ Binoculars YES — Wildlife, glaciers, mountains… and bring a pair for EACH of you. You don’t want to be passing them back and forth while one of you misses the whale. 🐋

❌ Power strips NO — Cruise lines restrict certain electrical devices. Instead, look for one cord that can charge multiple devices when possible, and alternate what you charge.

✨ Decent walking shoes YES — Comfortable, broken-in, good traction, and appropriate for your planned excursions.

❌ New hiking boots NO — Unless your excursions require them, Alaska is not where we discover your new boots cause blisters. 😂

✨ Layers YES — Temperatures change throughout the day. Add, remove, repeat.

❌ Winter coats NO — Alaska cruise season ≠ Arctic expedition. Layers are much more versatile.

✨ Sunscreen YES — Cool and cloudy does NOT mean you can’t get sunburned.

❌ A different outfit every day NO — Rewear and mix your layers. Nobody remembers Tuesday’s sweater. 😂

✨ Comfortable backpack or crossbody YES — Perfect for layers, binoculars, sunscreen, water, and your day-trip necessities.

❌ Different shoes for every outfit NO — Your feet care more about comfort than your dinner outfit cares about matching.

✨ Motion-sickness drops, bands, or medication YES — Bring your preferred option and hopefully never need it.

Pack for what you’re actually doing—not every possible version of Alaska you found online.

And yes… I help my couples figure that part out too with a custom Alaska Packing List. ❤️
