We aren't your average property manager.

We're a local partner...and dare we say that difference means a lot. Over the next few weeks, we're breaking down what sets us apart so you can confidently answer the question "WHY Big Blue?"

At Big Blue Rentals we are so excited to share our special feature on the Destination Channel's hit show, Staycation! It was an absolute honor to represent South Haven and showcase our incredible community on television. In this episode, we show off the utterly breathtaking Thornhouse beachfront home—and trust us, it is truly spectacular! We had a blast taking the production crew around town for the day. Check out some of our favorite local stops featured in the episode: Michigan Maritime Museum Cruisin Tikis South Haven, Captain Lou's (great on the water spot) We always love showing off our beautiful town and highlighting exactly why South Haven is such a special place to live and why so many families choose to make their vacation memories here year after year. Check out the show and let us know what you think in the comments! We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we loved being a part of it. Shoutout to the amazing team who made it happen: Mandy Servatius, Ashley Marie Oosterhouse, Mary Beth Depue, Mollie Littrell Struzick, Ryan J Servatius

💙 **Being local matters—especially when the unexpected happens.**

Recently, guests staying at one of our South Haven properties experienced an unexpected neighborhood fire nearby. With smoke in the area and a power outage, they understandably weren’t sure what to do.

That’s when having a **local property management team made a difference.**

This is what we mean when we say **Big Blue Rentals is local.**

We aren't an answering service or a team sitting states away. We’re real people, right here in the South Haven community, who know our properties and genuinely care about the people staying in them.

Things don’t always go according to plan—especially when you're managing vacation rentals. What matters is **how quickly and thoughtfully someone responds when they don’t.**

🏡 Local.
💙 Responsive.
🙋‍♀️ Real people who care about the guest experience.

**That’s the Big Blue Rentals difference.**
