September Associate Spotlight ⭐️ |

Jeannie has been part of the CCM team for close to a year, serving as a supervisor at Popeyes in Terminal D West. In that time, she has brought dedication, positivity, and a thoughtful approach to her work, helping to create a welcoming environment for both her team and customers.

Jeannie has been married for four wonderful years and is the proud parent of a son who brightens her world every day. Family is at the center of her life, and her love and care for those around her shine in everything she does.

Outside of work, Jeannie enjoys a variety of hobbies that reflect her creativity. She loves thrifting, reading comics, hanging out with family and friends, crafting, listening to music, and writing. A fun fact that showcases her talent: Jeannie can also play the flute.

Looking ahead to 2025, CCM’s vision focuses on impact, innovation, and inspiration, and Jeannie has a personal mission that aligns beautifully with these values:

“I want to impact my world with kindness, courage, and love.”

When it comes to her goals for the year, Jeannie is focused on presence and gratitude:

“Learning to enjoy the small things, so I can enjoy the big things.”

September Manager Spotlight ⭐️ |

Mo joined CCM three months ago as the Bayou City Bar Manager, and in that short time, he has already made a meaningful impact with his energy, dedication, and welcoming spirit.

Mo’s personal life is equally inspiring. He has been married for 39 incredible years—a true testament to love and commitment. Together with his wife, they’ve raised five wonderful daughters, and their family has grown to include six grandchildren who bring endless joy and laughter.

Outside of work, Mo enjoys a rich mix of hobbies that keep him grounded and energized. Whether it’s spending time with family, diving into a good book, traveling to new places, or even a day of shopping, he is the life of the party. He also has a passion for football (soccer), reading, and discovering the beauty of new cultures through travel.

Looking ahead to 2025, Mo resonates deeply with CCM’s vision of impact, innovation, and inspiration. For him, making a difference begins with a simple but powerful approach:

“Through compassion and empathy; seeing each person I meet as a fellow passenger in our journey called life. Learning and understanding other cultures.“

When asked about his personal goals for the year, Mo shared words that embody both humility and determination:

“Becoming a much improved version of myself. Helping to lift up everyone that I come across.”

August Manager Spotlight ⭐️ |

From the moment Marilyn joined CCM two years ago, her energy and leadership have made a lasting impact. If you didn’t already know, she started off as the manager for our old Chick-fil-A in Terminal B (rest in peace…). She currently serves as the Executive Director at Chick-fil-A in Terminal D/E. Marilyn also gained experience working at Popeyes and Einstein Bros. Bagels in Terminal D West.

Marilyn is a proud mother of three beautiful girls.
�Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cycling, and taking Pilates classes at the gym.

Looking ahead to 2025, CCM’s vision centers on impact, innovation, and inspiration. Marilyn shared how she hopes to make a difference beyond her role at Popeyes:

“At Chick-fil-A, I want to impact by creating a positive and supportive work environment where every team member feels valued and motivated to grow. I aim to innovate by finding efficient ways to streamline operations, improve communication, and enhance the guest experience. Most importantly, I want to inspire by leading through example, showing consistency, integrity, and compassion in everything I do. My goal is to help build a team culture that not only meets expectations but exceeds them with excellence and heart.”

When it comes to her interests, Marilyn has the best ones—and they come in threes! She and her three girls love spending time together, whether it’s going to the arcade or hanging out at the park.

With the rest of 2025 on the horizon, Marilyn’s goals are clear:

“I want to keep growing as a leader and be someone my team can count on. I’m working on staying positive, leading by example, and making sure every guest has a great experience. I want to continue learning and improving while also being there for my three girls. Finding a balance between work and being present for them is really important to me. I’m excited for what’s ahead and ready to keep pushing forward with my team.”

May Marilyn’s leadership continue to inspire, her heart remain full, and her journey ahead be marked by growth, balance, and joy. Here’s to Marilyn making an impact at work and at home, with grace and strength. 🙌🏽

August Associate Spotlight ⭐️ |

Bryan Alexis has been with the CCM team for nine months and quickly moved up into a team lead role at Einstein Bros. Bagels in Terminal D West.

Known for his strong work ethic and positive attitude, Bryan takes pride in serving both guests and teammates with consistency and care.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing video games with friends, reading historical fiction, and watching movies and TV shows.

In 2025, Bryan’s goal is to become more physically active and prioritize his overall well-being.

May Bryan continue to grow in strength, purpose, and leadership. May his dedication inspire those around him, and may each step he takes—both in his career and personal journey—bring him closer to the goals he sets. May this next season be filled with health, joy, and well-earned success. 🙌🏽
