Three Beanes are renting their newly renovated Southampton Village home within walking distance to all Southampton Village has to offer. This 3500 square foot home on 1/3 acre exudes the perfect combination of traditional elegance and modern convenience, with a full renovation by JKate Designs completed in Spring 2021. The lemonade front porch welcomes you into an inviting foyer with adjoining den/home office. Walk down the hall to the updated gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertops, Sub-zero refrigerator, Garland 6 burner stove with griddle & double-oven - making this the perfect setting for gathering around the island. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room. The mahogany deck off the family room allows for seamless indoor/outdoor flow with outdoor seating for all and a new grill. Off the deck is a large, manicured back yard with plenty of privacy and a heated pool.
