☀️ As summer winds down, I keep thinking back to our own adventures earlier this season…

We spent 4 days in Athens—history, cafes, and our first of many ice cream stops. Then we set sail with Virgin Voyages and explored:
• Hydra (no cars, just charm… and ice cream)
• Santorini (views that actually are as good as the photos)
• An overnight in Mykonos (my husband vs. the nightlife… the ice cream won)
• Charming Corfu (yes, more ice cream)
• Dubrovnik, Croatia—the heat was real, but so was the ice cream
• The stunning bay of Kotor, Montenegro
• And a boat day out of Kusadasi, Turkey—best breeze of the trip

✨ Here’s what this trip reminded me of:
1. You can absolutely get a feel for a destination on a cruise—you just need the right itinerary and enough time in port.
2. Picking the cruise line that fits your vibe is just as important as the destinations themselves. (This is where having a travel advisor who’s been there really helps!)
3. And Greece? It’s amazing no matter how you see it—by land or by sea. 💙

So if you’ve been on the fence about cruising, or wondering if it’s the right way to see Europe, I’d love to share what I’ve learned. 🍦🌍⚓️
