Today my family and I took a tour of the beautiful Edinburgh Castle here in Scotland.

Edinburgh Castle is one of the oldest fortified places in Europe. With a long rich history as a royal residence, military garrison, prison and fortress, it is alive with many exciting tales. When you climb Castle Hill, you will walk in the footsteps of soldiers, kings and queens – and even the odd pirate or two.

Hello from Switzerland! 🇨🇭

When passing through Zurich we had to make a pit stop at Zurich’s Lindt Chocolate museum. A tour of the Lindt Home of Chocolate covers every aspect of this Swiss cultural chocolate, including a chocolate fountain over 9m tall and lots of yummy treats along the way. 🍫

The mountains are calling and I must go! The view from a ski lift in the Austrian Alps is always breathtaking no mater how many times I see it.

While I deeply love the sunshine and beach, there is nothing quite like a vacation that combines the elements of outdoor chilly fun and the possibility of knocking a tree down with your face, you just can't beat snow skiing! 🤣⛷

My family and I are checking out this amazing resort in Upper Austria nestled in the Austrian Alps.

Dormio Resort Obertraun consists of 82 luxury chalets for 2 to 16 guests and has extensive facilities, like a swimming-pool, a sports and wellness section, a restaurant, a minimarket and a reception desk.

Our chalet was a quick 7 minute drive to the ski lifts where there were plenty of winter activities for everyone to enjoy.
