Big life update: I got married! If you’ve joined one of our foodie tours, there’s a good chance you’ve heard me talk about my now-husband—he’s been part of this journey behind the scenes in more ways than one. We’re feeling so grateful and excited for the next chapter. ❤️

Also, I’ve decided to hold off on selling Foodie Tours while we PCS overseas. We have an amazing team who will help keep things running smoothly and I love this business too much to let it go!

Arugula: The Leafy Green MVP 🥗✨”

Did you know arugula is packed with vitamins A, C, and K, supports heart health, and has natural detoxifying properties? Plus, its peppery bite makes any dish feel fancy.

Try this super easy arugula salad with a homemade lemon vinaigrette:

🥬 Arugula Salad:
• 4 cups fresh arugula
• ¼ cup shaved Parmesan
• ¼ cup toasted pine nuts (or almonds)
• ½ avocado, sliced (optional)

🍋 Lemon Vinaigrette:
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp honey
• Salt & pepper to taste

Whisk, toss, and enjoy! Perfect as a light meal or a side dish.
